HVAC is short for Heating, Venting, Air conditioning.

In nowadays, almost every automobile has full HVAC system. This has enabled human to travel by automobile comfortably for long distance no matter in hot summer or in cold winter. This means there are big requirements for plastic injection molds of automotive HVAC plastic components.



Let’s take a close look at the automotive HVAC system to know a little bit more the automobile we have been driving:

There are six primary components for each vehicle HVAC module. That is: Evaporator, Heater Core, Blower Assembly, Actuators, Sensors and Filters.

Plastic injection molds of HVAC housings/covers and doors for Car air conditioner are needed.



The HVAC system basically includes modes of defogger, defroster, vent central/side, feet front and feet rear. All these modes require making plastic injection molds to produce them.
